who we are

Ann Whalley holds a Bsc Hons in Psychology from the University of Exeter. Ann  started  her career  in quantitative  research working for AC Nielsen Ltd. She then moved into qualitative research, working for boutique agencies before setting up her own research consultancy in 1992 

 Ann is an ex-chair of the Association for Qualitative Research and a Certified member 
of the MRS

Louise Skowron holds an MA Honours in History from the University of Cambridge and has specialised in qualitative and ethnographic research for over 15 years

Louise is also an active artist and has a particular expertise in the creation and editing of film footage to aid communication of often complex themes and ideas
